In a world that glorifies non-stop work and busy lives, it’s easy to feel guilty for putting our mental health and happiness first.

But you know what? It’s okay.

It’s okay to quit a job when you’re no longer motivated, when the environment becomes toxic, or when a bad boss starts affecting your mental well-being.

It’s okay to quit a job if you have fallen into the trap of overworking, where the lines between work and personal life blur, leading you to exhaustion.

It’s okay to leave a job without another lined up if you feel the need to travel and explore the world.

What’s not okay is sacrificing your mental health for a paycheck, burning yourself out, or letting your job lead you into depression.

It’s time to be human again. Let’s normalize living balanced lives, setting boundaries, and saying no when necessary. Let’s prioritize happiness over the relentless pursuit of success at work.

Remember, it’s okay to put your well-being and happiness first. We redefine success on our terms and we make happy, balanced living the new standard.

Have you ever found yourselves in a moment like this?
